About the Association of Old Crows
The AOC is a professional organization that advocates the technical advancement of EW and IO for our military. Its membership is composed of government, military, university, and industrial personnel who serve on important boards and committees which help guide Congress and the Department of Defense in creating policy advocating EW & IO methods and technologies. As the world changes, the military and their methods/technologies also need to change. It is our goal to ensure that our military have the best EW & IO tools with which to conduct operations and achieve total information superiority in any conflict. The AOC Empire Chapter encompasses a large area bordered by Syracuse, Albany, Binghamton, and the St. Lawrence river. We sponsor small technical symposiums, dinners with topical guest speakers, and various social events.
Apply To Our Scholarship Program
The Empire AOC Chapter provides Scholarship Awards to Central New York students enrolled in colleges with engineering programs preparing them for potential careers in electronic defense, warfare, and cyber/information warfare. We offer and disburse $1,000 scholarships every calendar year to each of two to three individuals applying for the awards through a competitive selection process.
